The shared link points to a specific document revision. Later edits do not silently replace the version the client already reviewed or approved.
Can clients sign quotes online?
Yes. Client-facing quote links support review, e-signature, approval, printing, and saving.
Can Flightcase replace QuickBooks?
No. Flightcase manages production quotes, invoices, payment status, expenses, and project financial context. It does not claim to replace a full accounting ledger or tax system.
Can clients pay invoices online?
Yes, when Stripe Connect is configured for the workspace. Payment status and journal records remain attached to the invoice.
